Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the u12 platform via https://u12.im or any associated mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by u12.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration;
- Not prohibited by local or international law from participating in online betting activities;
- Registering and using the account personally in your own name, and not on behalf of any third party;
- Not appearing on any list of individuals voluntarily or mandatorily excluded from gambling services.
U12 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify a user's eligibility. If you do not meet the requirements above, please do not proceed with registration or use of the platform.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account with u12. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
U12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport for age and identity checks before approving any fund withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that takes place on your account. Please use a strong and unique password, and never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the u12 support team immediately at [email protected]. u12 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the u12 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via a range of supported local payment methods, including bank transfers and approved digital wallets.
The terms governing transactions are as follows:
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change from time to time;
- All deposited funds must be used for legitimate betting purposes through the u12 platform;
- Withdrawal requests will be processed once identity verification is complete and any applicable rollover requirements have been met;
- U12 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes;
- Any attempt to process fraudulent transactions or use payment methods belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and further action.
U12 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits; however, third-party financial institutions may impose their own charges, which are beyond the platform's control.
Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Users are strictly prohibited from:

- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of u12's systems;
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities;
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes;
- Publishing or distributing content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others through any channel on this platform.
To the extent permitted by law, u12 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:
- Service disruption due to maintenance or technical failure;
- Outcomes of games or bets placed by the user;
- Unauthorised account access resulting from user negligence;
- Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of services in a particular region.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
U12 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any part of these Terms & Conditions or engaged in unlawful activity.
Situations that may lead to account suspension or closure include:
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
- Opening more than one account under the same or different names;
- Misuse of bonuses or promotions;
- Reports or referrals of fraudulent activity by third parties;
- A voluntary account closure request made by the user.
Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be frozen while an investigation is conducted. u12 will notify the user of the final outcome via their registered email within a reasonable timeframe.
All content on the u12 platform, including logos, brand names, interface designs, graphics, and text, is the exclusive property of u12 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
The u12 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. u12 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services, and users access them entirely at their own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
U12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. You are advised to check this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.
